So I bought the Anker SoundBuds Sport on amazon uk. Unpacked, connected to charge from my laptop to full (red light came up and charged until full). Used them until they turned themselves off (I assume the battery ran out). Then connected them again to my laptop for charging and nothing happens. I can see the red light briefly come up for half a second and there is no other life signs. I have also tried charging with wall usb sockets but same story again. Any ideas? Or shall I request for a replacement?
