SoundBuds Slim Workout Earphones will no longer conect

Hi there, purchased SoundBuds Slim Workout Earphones recently, they’ve been working fine but all of a sudden they refuse to connect with my iPhone (other devices still work fine) battery is fully charged. When I turn them on I get the “battery high” message and then there’s two other “blips” after that I can’t remember before

I’ve tried holding down the + and - buttons, can you suggest another fix? They were purchased from Amazon UK and are within the return period if that’s any help?

Just to say, they don’t work at all now. Try and turn them on, start up music plays, blue light flashes a few times and that’s it, don’t even get “battery high” message

Seems they are defective.
But you are under warranty, so you should contact the support.

Your within the amazon return period so i would just exchange them with amazon as it will be quicker than doing a warranty exchange
