Soundbuds flow Sound stutter

Hello,

For a couple of months I have a problem with my bluetooth earphones. When ever I pair them with my phone (Huawei P20) and use my phone while listening to something, the sound stutters. I can pair them with my netbook and use it without any problems. The issue only occurs with my phone. I know I could just not use it, but I like to watch netflix while doing Cardio.
I tried resettinc the headphones and unpaired them with every other device. The problem still occurs. Is there anything else I can do?

We are sorry to hear your headphones are not working properly. According to the information you described, the issue you are experiencing is very unusual. Thank you for trying some troubleshooting already. Please try the following steps to see if it helps at all.

  • Fully charge your headphones
  • “Forget” the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth history and reset the earbuds by holding down and holding both volume buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, and then pair them again to test.
  • Try testing it with another device.

I continue to have the a problem with my Space A40. I know others have dealt with glitching and stuttering, volume going down, sounding like it is pausing and unpausing every couple minutes, etc.

I followed all the Soundcore guidelines, troubleshooting, blah, blah, blah. Nothing worked. Even when there is zero interference around me, it still glitches.

When I last reached out to Soundcore, they seemed to tell me that they are incompatible with the Google Pixel 8. I don’t buy it. Because I have had 4 other soundcore devices work with my 2024 phone and they have had zero problems!

There must be something with these earbuds that causes them to not play nice with certain Android devices. vI have noticed others post on reddit about having problems with their soundcore buds and their Pixels 5, 6, 7, and 8

I’m wondering if there is something up with the “SPACE” line’s firmware or hardware.

Ever get to the bottom of these glitch, sutter, cutting issues?
