Soundbuds Curve no phone audio

Hello,

I have a new pair of Anker Soundbuds Curve. They connect flawlessly to my iPhone X and the first few times the phone audio worked. Now 7/10 times I am unable to hear any audio from my phone even though the device is paired. I can still control volume (volume bar goes up and down), pause/play, but no audio. I’ve updated my iPhone, and I’ve disconnected the Bluetooth and repaired multiple times.

Would it be possible to pair the Curve to another phone to help determine if the issue is with the phone or the earbuds? At any rate, feel free to contact support@anker.com and they’ll also be able to help you out. Thanks!
