I just purchased them yesterday and I have not been able to charge them at all. The red light when charging is only steady for 5 or so minutes then shuts off. Ive tried plugging them into multiple docks, outlets and even into my computer. ive even tried a different micro usb charger at one point . Im probaly going to return. Is it normal for them to do this or am I doing something wrong?

Hello @Vanessa_56, sorry to hear that your earbuds are not charging.
Bluetooth earbuds draw a very small amount of electricity when they charge, so some USB chargers “think” that it’s done charging and shut off the power after a few minutes.
It sounds like you have already tried out some different chargers, so please email support@anker.com and they will be happy to assist you further.
