Soundbud Slim+ Different

I previously had the Soundbud Slim+ (left) until they broke on the right side (no audio comes out). I ordered the new Soundbud Slim+ (right) and they look different and have different sound quality. The sound quality is different and when you play music, there’s an underlying static noise that lasts from the beginning of your music to 3 seconds after you pause your music. This was not the case with my previous Soundbud Slim+. They are from Anker Amazon so they should be real. Has anyone else faced the same issue?

Are you sure its another Slim+ ?

There was a Slim, then Slim+ then a Slim upgraded version. Slim and slim upgraded are different chipset to Slim+, Slim upgraded is a bigger battery.

Hello,

They both connect as Slim+ and my old one has Slim+ printed on the back.
