Sound on left earpiece is very low

Hi, I recently purchased Anker soundcore Life P2 wireless earbuds from Amazon …after a days usage the left earpiece sounds very low as compared to the right one …is it normal or some problem with the product ?

You should contact support. Maybe it’s a defective unit

Is volume still low after a reset of the earbuds @musaddidob ?
