Sound core sport solid red light and whining sound

Hello,

I have an anker sound core sport today it started to make whining sounds and also I had some connectivity issues. Now the red light on the speaker stays on even if a turn off the device. Also my sound quality is way off than normal and getting worse. What I should do with it?

Best way to show these issues, is to create a video and send this to the support.
A video will help the problems beeing cleared better than words do.
