Sound core life note voice issue

Hi,

Purchased soundcore life note last week. I noticed that the caller is able to hear voice properly, it’s very faint. Is there an issue with the mic, should I replace the device ?

The same issue.
Tried:

  1. resetting the earbuds
  2. connecting to different devices
  3. connecting left as the primary
  4. connecting just one earbud

Just two weeks of use.
