My brand new sound core life Note 3S are not connecting at all all the user manual stuff wasn’t working holding the button for 3 seconds doesn’t even make the lights flash it’s been on the charger for a few hours and shows full battery I can only get the 10 second one to work and that also didn’t help I’ve also tried googling and that didn’t work

You should check the obvious first. Is the tape still on the connectors. Make sure the buds case is clean as well.
Usually if you put the earbuds in the case and close it, the first n 3 lights should flash to say the charging is working
If it is only like 10 seconds the buds are not charged
When case is closed 1 dot means 0 to 30. 2 dots is 30 to 70 and 3 dots 70 to 100 percent
