Sound Buds Wont turn on

Hi,

My SoundBuds Sport wont turn on. I´ve tried to chrage them, but the red LED turns of after 2 min´s. I have tried to search on google with no luck - can you help?

Try charging them using a different cable and plugging them into a computer or wall adapter. If you tried charging them with a battery pack most will not sustain the charge as it draws such little voltage the battery pack ends up turning off.

Hi @Jesper_Aamand_Enevol , if you have already tried as @elmo41683 as suggested, I would suggest you reach out to support@anker.com with your serial no, purchase date and troubleshooting steps taken so that you can get direct support and/or a replacement if you are within your 18 month warranty.
