Sound buds Slim+ Audio Issue

I have some issue with my sound bud slim+ bluetooth,
Its getting connected on my phone, however when I start playing something, it gets turned off.
Please let me know how to resolve this

Make sure to fully charge the Soundbuds Slim before use.

Un-pair / delete the Bluetooth profile and pair it again with the smartphone, and try using the headset.

The issue here is little strange. there is no sort of connection issue. The bluetooth is pairing with my iphone. However when I start playing some audio, it sort of getting disconnected. When I stop playing audio, the bluetooth again show blue light.

can you please make sure the Soundbuds Slim+ is fully charged?

Already tried this option

In standby mode press and hold the ’ + ’ and ’ - ’ buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to delete previous pairing records on the Soundbuds Slim.

Try pairing it with the smartphone again and try.

also, have you tried pairing it with a different device?
