Souncore Boost Battery Issues

I have been experiencing some battery issues with my soundcore boost I bought sometime around January 2019.

For the past 1 week, when I play music using the soundcore boost on full charge on about 70% Volume with Bass Up On, it plays for about 1 hr then suddenly goes off. When I put it on Charge (with my Galaxy s8 original Charger) it starts charging from the first dot, then after like 5 mins the charge dots jumps from one to the third. That tells me, the speaker wasn’t completely flat, but something funny going on with the Battery. Anyone experience this before.?

First I would suggest to try a reset.
As far I know its pressing the power buttons for a few seconds,
but I am no sure.

Otherwise it seems to be a battery problem.

How can I know it’s under warranty?
I bought from Aliexpress Anker Official Store.

I really dont know I am from München (Bavaria) and there is no “Ali” in Germany, only amazon.de

Is there no warranty time added at Ali’s soundcore/ANKER offers?
Warranty periods differ from country to country.
But I am sure you will get an answer from soundcore/ANKER if you contact them,
as I suggested.

I have this speaker and LOVE it.
A soft reset can be done by holding the power button for 4-5 seconds and a hard reset by pressing the power and bass up button for 4-5 seconds.

I belive Ali takes care of all warranty claims on Anker equipment but please let us know the response you get from your email.

Are the reset combination to be done while the speaker is Off or On.

Pls specify.

I’ve only done mine once to see if it works and the speaker was on.
