Solix F2600 Expansion battery broken

Brand new F2600 and expansion battery arrived 2 days ago.

F2600 charged up to 100% just fine. The expansion battery connected fine and initially showed about 84% charge. I plugged in the AC cord and left it for 3 hours but nothing happened, no additional charge to the expansion battery.

Next day I tried again, this time when connecting the expansion battery it beeps but the Solix says 0%. The ring of lights though on the expansion battery still shows about 85%. Is this a broken cable or connector?

Really sad when it is broken right out of the box.

Same. Just got mine hours ago, expansion battery reads 85%. I charged it to100% and plugged it and my f2600 into my rv, to see how long it would run the ac. After bringing it back inside and plugging it back into my f2600, the expansion battery reads 0% in the app and on the f2600 display, but the light rings show 100%. It is only accepting around 250w of ac input, and If I plug a fan in and then unplug the expansion battery, the estimated run time is cut in half, so I know it is nearly charged to 100%. I’m going to discharge both units all the way, recharge them and see what happens. It’s really annoying to spend this amount of money on a product, and immediately have problems with it. Might just return and buy a different brand tbh.

Hi,
Did you found a solution?
I have no problems with my bp2600 on my f2000

Have tried the reset button/hole in front of expansion battery?

Same is happening to me on a unit I’ve had for a few weeks. Worked fine, then this morning needed to use both the 2600 unit and 2600 battery, and the app shows the battery is 0% although I charged it, and the ring shows it is/was full and is sending power (by incrementing downwards over time).

Same.

I purchased an F3800 Plus along with two expansion batteries and eight rigid solar panels approximately three months ago. Everything has been working great until today.

This morning, I noticed the main unit stopped charging via AC power at 74%. Upon further inspection, I found that one of the expansion batteries had stopped charging at 21%, while the other reached 100%.

Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:
• Powered down the entire system
• Performed a hard reset
• Used the Anker app to turn off the affected battery
• Verified that all firmware (main unit and both batteries) is up to date

The main unit correctly displays two connected expansion batteries. However, in the Anker app, the problematic battery is showing a temperature of 77°F, while the main unit and the other battery are both at 84°F. Other than that, the app shows the battery as “on” but it remains stuck at 21% and does not charge or discharge.

Is there a specific reset procedure for the expansion batteries? I couldn’t find anything in the manuals provided.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I’m also having the exact same issue. Was this ever resolved?

Ok, not sure if this will help others, but this is what I did to rectify my situation. Order of operations seems to be important:

  1. Turn OFF expansion battery (Press On/Off Button for 2 seconds, until you hear a “Beep”).
  2. Unplug Expansion Battery from the back.
  3. Hold in Reset button on the Power Station itself for 2 seconds (requires needle inserted into reset hole on the left side of PowerStation).
  4. Press Display button to verify everything is on and active.
  5. Plug in the Expansion Battery.
  6. Turn ON the expansion battery (Press On/Off button for 2 seconds, until you hear a “beep”).

That seemed to work and get the base station to recognize the expansion battery and the current charge status. It no longer showed it as 0% and unchangeable, like it was showing previously.
