Solid Red Light, No Beeps

I have a Eufy Anker, BoostIQ RoboVac 11S that works well. It has a solid red light while on the charger with no beeps. It still charges and works as it it supposed to. I have thoroughly cleaned it. Please advise.

Hey @sbonander
I believe that means the brush is clogged up or has something wrapped around it.
Have you tried taking the brush out and making sure it’s all fine?
You can remove it bu unclipping the frame around it and lifting it out.

Let me know if that helps.

As @paulstevenewing mentioned it could be a blockage of the brush.
But dont forget to check if something is clogging

If you use these : clock, clock, clock…:joy:
Or better komp, klomp, klomp.

Enjoy the week and cheer up!

Hello, @sbonander, It seems there’s something wrong with the battery or the charging parts. Try to reconnect the battery of the RoboVac 11S to see if it works. If not, contact our customer support at support@eufylife.com with the order details. Thank you!

Did you managed to find a solution for this? I have the same problem with Robovac 12 (solid red while on the charging dock, no beep). The difference is that if i try to start it, it only moves back from the dock one inch and then completely stops, light goes out. It only comes back on if I put it on the charger.

I had the same problems some days ago.
I could charge the robot- > blue solid light
But when I tried to start “Old Willy” he was absolutely dead.
No lights no beeps, nothing.

Made all tricky tricks, but he still remained a corpse. :disappointed_relieved:

After one day he did some very quiet, fast beeps and could be started again.
I really dont know why.

A real miracle!
Resurrection!

Did you get your problem solved? My 11s is having the exact same issue.
