Anker 21watt solar charger. It will not recharge the Anker PowerCore+10050. My problem is I do a lot of outdoor frontier style camping. would be great to use solar charger to charge my phone. It won’t checked the powercore+ 10050 before I bought it. It will accept same amount input as output of solar charger. But will not charge. What am I doing wrong.

Did you try turning it off and on?
Do you have a meter? If not its a good idea to buy one.
Measure the solar panel output. It could be defective.
More commonly is you are not pointing it directly at strong sunshine and now in winter lower in sky the higher frequency higher energy frequencies are not getting through, then the voltage isnt 5V its more like 4V and the Anker battery won’t accept much less than 5V.
