Smartphone Chime doesn't give any sound

Recently I bought a Eufy battery charged Doorbell and Home Base. All works well, except the sound on my Smartphone App.
The App is installed on my Smartphone. When someone is at the Door and rings, there is a pop up at my Smartphone, but no Sound. Therefore, many times we don’t notice that someone is at the Door. I checked all the setting, but nothing works. What can I do about this problem?
