Smarters pro app

I installed the smarters pro app and all worked good but then I updated the nebula capsule software and now the app won’t start unless I uninstall it and start again, I’ve tried doing the factory reset but makes no difference
Any help appreciated

@Daz_Creighton did you install this from Aptoide store (preinstalled app store) or from Google Playstore or SideLoaded the app?

If installed from Aptoide, these work most of the times.
