Slow GBit with Anker 8-in-1 USB-C Hub. Why?

Hi, I am using this with a MacBook Air M1 2020. It’s connected to my GBit LAN. If I access data on my fast NAS system, it only transfers data at ca. 50 MB/s. Why? My other computers access the same NAS with the same cable and achieve 110 MB/s.

Are your other computers running MacOS?

If not, perhaps disable SMB signing on MacOS. This often speeds up transfer speeds to NAS systems.
