Slimbud always stop working after 20 minutes of conference call (and the battery is not dead)

I’m using the Anker slim bud headphones with my computer. It works great for listening to music. However, when I am using them for a conference call with Microsoft Teams, they always shut down / stop working after like 20 or 30 minutes. Never was able to complete a call with those headphones, and I tried it several times. When I shut down and reopen the headphones, it says battery high or medium so it doesn’t seem to be the issue.

What can explain this? Anyone have the same issue? Any idea to fix this?

We are sorry to hear your headphones are not working properly. According to the information you described, the issue you are experiencing is very unusual. Please try the following steps to see if it helps at all.

  • Fully charge the earbuds
  • “Forget” the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth history and reset the earbuds by pressing Play Button & volume “+” for 5s when plugged into charging until you see the purple light two times, and then pair them again to test at the paired state
    -Try pairing the Anker headphone with another Bluetooth device.
