Since last update in March 2023 cannot save or share video from Hombase 2

Every time I try to download or share video from the Eufy app it immediately comes up with ‘100% downloaded’ and ‘saved to phone album’ but nothing gets transferred to phone album, I cannot 'share ’ video via email any more either. This has only been happening since early-March, since last update of Eufy firmware, since the ‘decrypting from local storage’ message started appearing when i open videos. Before that I could download and share stuff easily. System version 3.2.8.3h 2023-03-03 subsystem version 1.3.0.9

Apparently this is a bug in the latest Eufy update, they know about the issue and are working on a fix, but some people rolled back to previous release and the problem went away.

Well the download started working again and worked for a few months, and now it has stopped working again. Now I just get ‘downloading 0%’ but it stays on 0% and screen goes blank, this is the same if I try to ‘share’ or download to phone memory…

Now it is 1 August 2023 and for the last month the Eufy app on my Android phone is broken again ( v4.7.0 1747 ) - worked OK for a couple of months but now the latest ‘upgrade’ from Eufy broke it again… I cannot share or download video… the progress bar just shows ’ decrypting and downloading 0%’ for a few seconds and then app crashes… If I roll back to a previous version I will lose the new features of AI etc… Please fix this once and for all.
