shutting down problem libertyAir #HELP

i have libertyAIr earpods, baught them recently. they are very good but they keep shutting down by themselves in the middle of playing anything and they were fully chrged. have iphone 12, how can i solve this? thank you.

Try a reset of the buds.
Delete the buds from the bt list of your phone and reconnect.
