Found a bug, this might be why others aren’t seeing or getting motion notifications. After the most recent update I was playing around with the settings to see what worked for me. I’m using the latest TestFlight Beta.
My old settings were human only & motion sensitivity set to 7, checked other devices & all settings matched. Couple days ago I changed settings on my iPad to sensitivity 4 just to see if it detected humans less. I saved the settings & went on with my day like normal, today my SO says there hasn’t been any motion settings for last 2 days, that’s when I changed the settings.
My Android device showed settings were changed, sensitivity was set to 1 & sure enough nothing recorded last 2 days. I changed sensitivity back to 7 on my Android device & had my son run outside & it was recording again. I checked my iPad & sensitivity was set to 3, so I tried to changed it to 7 & again settings were reset to 1.
If you’re having issues, check from another device to make sure settings aren’t getting changed. I think this is why people are reporting issues, please Anker/Eufy look into this.
