Hi, I recently purchased a eufy cam 2 camera set.
I just recently tried to set the home base and as soon as I plugged the cable into the modem, the 2.4/5ghz light went off…
Has anyone ever had this problem? All of the modem lights are green. Nbn has no outages. Yes, I have tried Turning it on and off again.

My own view, it looks like a failed unit, unplug and get onto warranty immediately.
