I’ve never fully understood the PowerWave Stand range.
5w (i think) a 7.5w and a 10w (which also does 5 and 7.5w) and I’m sure sometime soon there will be a 15w to match the Pad.
Why not ditch the lower end and just to the higher output version?

There is 15W but you need the rare combination of phone+charger to get it.
Look at the cost, this “deal” isn’t. I get your point that someone is easily able to buy an older less future-proof wireless pad when faster more future-proof exists, often for same cost.
I agree Anker should stop selling older products when newer come out as it’s a consumer nightmare to know what they are getting.
I only have one wireless device needing a wireless charger, I know it can only take 7.5W and I know a 10W input to it is all I need, so I know to not pay any more than the minimum. 7.5W is often called “fast” doesn’t help.
Cringe “fast” for 7.5W when 15W exists.
This is asking too much of the consumer.
