Samsung T5 ssd keeps disconnecting and immediately reconnecting on Anker 341 USB-C Hub (7-in-1).
The SSD does not disconnect when plugged directly on the laptop (XPS 9300) via USB-C to USB-C.
I connected the SSD on the hub via both usbA-to-usbC and usbC-to-usbC cables, with the same issue in both cases.
The hub is powered by a MOMAX Universal Travel Adapter, 65w GaN usbC PD, via a usbC-to-usbC cable and powers the laptop at 45w, via a usbC-to-usbC cable. The hub also has a mouse dongle and an external monitor plugged in.
Any help please? It clearly is not the SSD’s issue, if it doesn’t behave this way on a direct connection on the laptop.
