Hi why does aS380 homebase keep going off line

Did it crash or did the power simply go out?
Do you use the Homebase in connection with a smart plug, which goes out at a specific time ?
no it did not crash or loose power supply it just started to go off line and we can not get on it remotely and the light is staying red internet is constant it has been factory reset reinstalled multiple times
