I am writing this to help a German customer named Rudy (Not old Willy 
)
He got probs with a kind of delay.
Connecting :
soundcore Infiniti pro 2.1 serial number ACFQWP0938300174, firmware Version 28.27
connected via
HDMI ARC
to a TV
TCL 65 C 715 QLED
I don’t own such a “toy”,
so I have some stupid questions I am asking for Rudy:
Is this the latest firmware of this device?
Should he try another connection? (cable) etc.
Or what else can Rudy do?
