My Robovac 11 purchased in November had been great. Lately it stops vacuuming during a cycle and starts to wander around as if it needs to recharge. However, the blue light is still on and if I restart it, it will continue vacuuming. It does not have a red light to indicate it needs a charge, so I’m not sure why it stops vacuuming. No error beeps either.
Robovac stops vacuuming, no red light or beeps
Hi @Kayla_Hoxworth,
Sorry to hear your Robovac is not finishing the job. Feel free to contact the Eufy support team at support@eufylife.com or via Live Chat for assistance. Please have your order number handy to help expedite the process. Thanks!
I’ve got one that started doing that. Try cleaning the front sensors and changing out the batteries in the remote (sounds weird but it fixed my issues). I found that just a little bit of dust on the sensors confuse it. Also make sure the brushes are clear. Take them out and re install them. These little guys are sensitive and just need a little encouragement to get them going again. If that doesn’t work do as @TechnicallyWell suggested. But also make sure to add what troubleshooting you have already done. It will speed up the support process.
