Robovac G10 hybrid - S1 battery error

Hello Eufy team,

I purchased my G10 hybrid on 29/12/2019 and till few weeks ago, it was working all ok.

These days, the robovac does not complete the cleaning; it stops intermittently. During charging, it now and then gives voice prompt “Error S1 battery error, refer to Owner’s Manual”.

Per manual, I opened the battery compartment and could see that the battery is connected; still the error persists.

Can you kindly help me to resolve this error?

Update 06/May:
I found out one more thing: the G10 just stops abruptly with message “low battery”.
Previously it used to return to the base for a re-charge, but not anymore.
Could it be a software issue in detecting the low battery status early enough?

Thank you and best regards,
Shaji

I don’t have a robovac but can they be reset? If so, give it a try

Open battery compartment and disconnect the battery for 30 seconds and then reinstall it

Thank you for your replies, @ikari04warrior and @Tank.

@ikari04warrior: The robovac has a re-start button, but a restart did not help.
@Tank: I could see the battery, but not sure whether I could disconnect the wires, and if yes, how; will re-check.

This re-start button is not the reset-button.
You should find out how to disconnect the battery, leave it disconnected for 30s and reconnect it again.
This is a real reset.
If the issue still remains, you should check the battery and if its defective replace it.
