Robovac 30C MAX won’t dock onto charging station

I’m sorry if this question has been answered many times, but my Robovac won’t stay on the charging base. It will go home when battery is low but when it finds it it goes onto it then immediately turns right or left and comes off again. I know previous answers are to make sure it’s on a hard floor and the floor isn’t a dark colour, and the home station is 1m away from anything else other side. Even if I put it straight in front of the base & press go home it does the same thing. Anyone any clue how I can fix it?

Please give the sensor a good cleaning, it could be debris or dust causing it to believe its off center in the base. Also you can try a hard reset by unplugging the battery for a few seconds
