I have a Robovac 15C Max which I bought in November last year. I’ve been using it 2-3 times weekly and it gives me about 100 minutes on a full charge. Recently, it would run for just a few minutes (about 10-15 mins) before shutting down completely (doesn’t even go back to the dock). Would anyone know how to solve this?

Try a reset by disconnecting the battery and reconnect it after a while.
Should the issue still exists you could check the battery’s function.
If the battery needs to be replaced , there are options to get one at Eufy’s replacement store.
