Robovac 11s- where can i get a replacement of this small plastic gear for the side brush

One of mine is worn out so that sweeper isn’t sweeping well and it makes a humming noise because it doesn’t turn smoothly.

It is part of this module.

That’s a real old story!

There are some threads here about that gear.
May be there was someone successful to achieve such one.

Ah, so it is the common “stripped” gear problem! I will call support to ask if we have a warranty (my mom made the purchase and isn’t sure) tomorrow. Otherwise, is there no possibility of replacing that gear? It would be a shame to have to get a whole nother unit when its just a tiny gear that’s messed up!

If its under warranty you should write to the support.
This problem is caused of debris blocking the gear.
I run mine since about nearly two years, no issues.
