Hi, I have a Robovac 11 and it’s charging normally but if I try to use it, It doesn’t move, stuck in red, and beeps 5 times. I already clean it deeply but still not working. Any help ? Thanks !

Do the following:
Remove all brushes and clean spindles and shafts.
Mount these again.
Try if these can be rotated by hand easily.
Then switch ON/OFF the main switch at the bottom of the RoboVac.
