I just got my Robovac the other day and haven’t had the chance to test it. If that error isn’t showing up in the manual I would contact support and the will help you trouble shoot them. Give them a call or on Monday or email them. They run limited hours on the weekends but they will help you resolve this issue. Also make sure to give them a list of what you have already tried to resolve the issue. This will speed up the response time on your trouble ticket.
