Robot Vacuums and Alexa

I cannot get my Eufy Robot Vacuums to start cleaning through Alexa - Names one Living Room Vaccum - I say Alexa, ask Living Room Vacuum to start cleaning’ and it just ‘announces’ that. Doesnt start cleaning. Not sure if an Alexa issue or the skill on Alexa causing the problem. No voice command works on the vaccum through Alexa.
