Roav Viva Cutting off Alexa

All, I’m having an issue with every and all Alexa responses being cut off while she is speaking the respnoses to my queries. I’m on a Google Picel 2 XL. I have disabled any power saving features thinking it may be that.

I’m also on the latest firmware of 3.2.1.

This is Anker support, Not Amazon support, nor google support.

He/she is having an issue with using the Roav Viva so asking this here is the appropriate thing to do as it can bring to light issues with the unit.

@aroo70 I do not have the Roav Viva but you can reach out to support via the app and chat with someone if they are available to see if they can help you with troubleshooting. To see if the device is at fault or the connection with your phone

This is for an Anker device. Roav Viva.

Whats That? I was checking around www.Anker.com but i didnt see it, and I tried searching it up.

Search can be your best friend. But Roav is one of Ankers sister brands, there is Roav, Zolo, Eufy, Karapax, Mint

I just noticed that BRANDS box at the top corner, and saw Roav

Sadly, Anker has no support with any Google Home stuff, Anker, Plez start workin with google home, I’d rather use google home than alexa, because google home sounds more like a person, and i like the design of goole home products

I’m sorry but your misinformed as zolo does have google home products. Like I mentioned before the search bar can be your best friend.
