Review PowerCore 20100

Hello,

I have been using the PowerCore 20100 (Model 1271) since the 11th July 2017 and it has been an amazing product! Unfortunately, the INPUT, (USB Micro) started getting loose and I am no longer able to charge the powerbank.

On some other powerbanks, I see that there are dual inputs i.e. 1 USB C and USB Micro. I think that is a great idea! If Anker wants my powerbank back for testing, they are free to collect it.

Depending on when you purchased the product it may be covered under warranty. Reach out to Anker support and let them know the issues you are having.
