Review of life p2

Life p2

Now while I shared my original review on Instagram and soundcore, I have a new set, and things I’ve noticed a couple things, after a couple plus months of using.

I won’t be covering standard review stuff, as done that already (see my stuff on Instagram www.instagram.com/MacBlank )

Now while these are the original pics, new ones arent needed.

UPDATED REVIEW.

Fiddly
I find removing the buds from the case fiddly.
The STRONG MAGNETS that hold them in place, are for my old arthritic fingers, fiddly to remove. You’ve got to really get you finger/finger nail, right under them to get them out, and sometimes they fall back in place before getting them out, so need a second or third attempt.

Standby.
the standby is AMAZING . No really they are. I went at least 5 weeks in between charging them, and even when I went to use on the 5th week, I had… Battery high, message in my ear when I placed them.

So if you’re the type to casually listen to music with buds, these are definitely for you. Chuck them in your bag, and just pull out when you want to (I only went 5/6 weeks).

Bluetooth
Due to the way they load to your phone (left n right separately) they really don’t care if you use just one at a time. If using just one, and you decide you want both… It’s seemless, apart from initial message about battery.

Farting Bass.
While listening to “normal” music, and flat EQ, I found on higher volume (approx 75%) they’d fart (distort). It wasn’t particularly bass heavy, as listening to Michael Ball and Alfie Boe, together n together again. No electronic bass or drums were/are used in the albums., Just live analogue drums.

So watch out for bassy tunes to bottom out and distort at higher volumes.

Auto Pause.
Nope! They won’t pause if you remove the buds from your ears, but don’t place in the case.

Either stop the sound (single push on either bud) or.okace back in the case to stop.

Do I recommend… HELL YES.
you will not get this quality, sound, standby, charge, and Anker lifetime support, anywhere for this money.

They sound pretty sweet! Great update!

I would just like to point out that all earbuds, speakers and headsets will distort at high volumes. Speakers that don’t distort at all, just don’t get high enough to distort. In addition the flat EQ could have something to do with the distortion.

Do these have In ear sensors with auto pause features?

Yes, in aware at full volume, but this was approx 75% volume… High but not full.

No, there’s no auto-pause feature. I found that out one day, after removing the buds, but kept in my hand for the fee minutes I was chatting, and the playlist continued… I’ll add that to the update. lol.

Nice review, thanks for sharing @MacBlank

I love these tiny ear buds! Sounds a clear and bass are amazing!
I use this song to test: https://youtu.be/A90r7QitbmA

Listening to this makes me want to get up and start dancing (only when no one is around)!

We are the vampires, is a great one to test the bass and top

Darudes, sandstorm is great if you want to push the top of the speaker/earbuds, it’s an ear screecher dance track! lol

I’m into EDM as much as the next man, but that’s a bit much for my liking.

I’m with @MacBlank with Darude -that’s more on my level :metal:t2:
