I’ve got a faulty Powerline + II
When Trying to raise an online ticket, when I hit Submit I get an error message back but can’t work out what the problem is - all the details look fine!
I’ve attached a screen grab.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Returns Error Message
Just go ahead and send an email to support@Anker.com instead of using the website.
Provide the serial number, original order number and explain what is going on. They will get back to you usually within 48 hours

But don’t forget : weekend.
The answer might take a little time more than usual.
You might get answer Monday, but it might be Tuesday. I’ve contacted them over the weekend and gotten same day replies or even Monday and sometimes as far out as Tuesday afternoon.
Provide them with all the needed information and that will speed up the troubleshooting process.
At a guess I would think it was due to the emoji…dropping an email direct to support as @Tank suggested is the best option…

Had an email 9.30am UK time to say a new cable will be dispatched for delivery in 3-5 days.
