Hi there, I’ve had the 10 port (7 data) hub, and it’s been great for a couple years but the power supply suddenly failed. Is there an official replacement?

Probably you can just buy one, chance are it’s a DC barrel type, take a good quality photo of the back of the failed charger and the socket it goes in. None blurred. Measure as best you can the diameter of the barrel. Support may be able to tell you the diameter inner and outer.
Need to know Voltage and polarity. Positive tip or negative tip. It’s probably a 9V negative tip 2.1mm x 5.5mm as that’s very common.
Once know Voltage, barrel size, polarity then extremely likely can buy a generic replacement. Ideally wait for support to tell you these so less guessing.

Im sure you find one.
There are multi chargers around where you can change plugs their polarization and the voltage.
