Release date for Anker USB-C to lightning cable in the UK

First time poster, but can anyone tell me the Release date for Anker USB-C to lightning cable in the UK, I see they are available in the USA but not here in the UK.

We briefly had them in Canada but just after I got mine and started recommending them they go out of stock! Hopefully you get them soon.
