Received another dwarf today

Got this really tiny charger today.
Some of yours have already tested it, I know
So I think I don’t have to write more about.
I dont have many items to charge.
But I will charge a real giant with : Powercore essential 20000
Lets see how long it takes…

But its really incredible tiny.

PS: It was a price from a contest.
Thank you again of choosing me.

Thats great Franz.
How much of that goes into European sockets?
Just the pins or the hexagonal shaped bit too?

The plug is almost disappearing in the EU-socket.
And I suppose it’s even smaller than the UK model (2 pins instead of 3)

I think a good test is to see how fast the dwarf charges the giant (pb essential 20.000)

Congratulations again @Chiquinho. Do all the sockets in Germany look like that? I mean that’s a big indent

Just under 7 hours :+1:t2:
Looks like the holes are sunk in a round hole?
Are your wall sockets the same?

Yes, this type is called “Schuko-Steckdose (Schuko = Schutzkontakt)” in Germany.
Its used all over continental Europa, except UK/Ireland as far I know.

That true :joy:. Btw does bigger appliances use the middle pin as well?

Congrats on winning Franz!

I really wanted this prize to charge my iPhone XR, PowerCore 10000 PD and 20000 PD.

Its a screw only for the cover!
The grounding is connected to the two “springs” up and downside.

Here is a better drawing

Meanwhile almost all houses got flush mounting, so those are quite standard.

There will be a chance for you to get one I am sure.
How is your leg?
Pains?
I remember when I broke my arm in the 50’is, I got an awful plaster bandage.
Such are not used in our days!

So are there no appliances that require 3 pins like washing machine or refrigerator?

There are 3 pins (AC 220V) . 2 poles and the grounding.
Only some electric stoves need power current ( > 30 Ampere)
Those need a special fuse and separate power line.

Pain right now is sharper then normal. I took 600mg of ibuprofen to help.

Plaster bandages (casts) very much are still used! I have to go in next week to get one (they have to wait for the swelling to go down before they cast it).

Neat design @Chiquinho.
I see the groves cut out to hold the pointed edges of the plug :+1:t2:

Seems depending on the fracture if such a plaster is still used.
Didn’t know, because my last fracture happened 65 years before!

I only remember the awful itching with that monster cast.
Used mother’s knitting needles to get inside and to scratch!

For my pain and swelling they prescribed me some kind of medicine so I didn’t have to take ibuprofen. Also was told to have it elevated and put ice as much as possible. Hope your swelling goes down soon and don’t try to walk on it
