Questions about video saving/timing

If someone walks up and steals the camera, what are the changes that the video would have been uploaded to the base station assuming they quickly walk out of wifi range? Assuming you had it set to record for 60 seconds, and they walked out of wifi range with 10 seconds, would you get any footage of them at all?

Or does the footage only go up after the 60 second full recording is made?

Would a push notification go up instantly upon motion detect, or only if it was able to send up a video?

A very good question, that’s probably got theoretical answers, but only really answered by someone doing this.

I would also love to see a test of this. It should be streaming, but no way to be sure without trying.
