I have a problem with headphones and the problem described here of one earphone not working. I wrote to support and the warranty was recognized on October 4. Replacement headphones were supposed to be sent - I haven’t received them yet - I wrote about this matter several times, and each time I receive an evasive answer that a team of specialists is working on the problem. You’ve also been waiting for the shipment for so long? I am disappointed with the company’s attitude and approach to the customer. I have had faulty headphones for 3 months and I decided to buy headphones from another company.
