Q&A Session with PMs on the SOLIX C1000

I’ve had the exact same difficulty trying to charge my C1000 off the 120v outlet in my F 350. The outlet has a 400 watt max output so I set the charge rate at 200 watts on the Anker app and only get clicking from the Anker battery when I plug it into this outlet. I’ve sent multiple emails via the Anker help desk only to get back computer generated responses for other Anker products that I don’t own. So far, their customer service gets a big fat “0” from me! I’m about to try a different inverter in my truck besides the one that came with the vehicle since the problem might be dirty 120v power (ie: a chopped off sine-wave instead of a smooth one). I hate chasing this problem when there’s probably an Anker engineer who can better direct me before I spend time and money that may or may not solve the problem. I hope I don’t regret this C1000 purchase. The unit has had the DC port shut off when using my camp fridge despite me telling it to never shut off. The unit charges at 110watts in my trucks DC power port but that’s 10 hours of driving for a full charge! Ugh…

Hi, Is there feature in the Anker app if I can schedule to power on/off the AC input or solar input ?

Why i can’t add Home Energy System with C1000?

Hi, I have a C1000x that I am using with an ANKER 400w solar panel which works well, but my question is, if I buy another ANKER 400w solar panel potential generating 800watts on a very good day, but the C1000x only supports 600w input, will it still work but just limited my max input to 600watts? It won’t harm it in any way if I have a rare beautiful day generating 800watts
Thanks in advance
Mark

For areas with unstable power network:

  1. what is the input voltage range (for 110v and 230v versions) for the AC charging to be possible
  2. what are the voltage thresholds for switching from bypass to inverter mode?
