Push Notification Option

Hello All,

i have a Problem or may a understanding Problem, I have check the box for push notification - the camera is recording me and I can see the video at the eufy security app but I get no push notifications.

I have the eufy camera 2c

Can anybody help to make the push notification reliable?

Hallo Oli,

mit iOS habe folgende Geräte im Einsatz iphone 10 und 11 und iPad 7 weder beim iPhone noch beim iPad kommt eine Reaktion bzw. Push Nachricht
