PSA - Motion Detection Stopped Working [Eufy Security Cameras]

Couldn’t see if anyone experienced this before or not.

It had been some time since the last time my outdoor camera had picked up something. So I decided to do a Motion Detection Test (Settings Gear > Motion Detection > Motion Test Mode).

Normally if motion is detected, the red light would come on, but it wasn’t picking up anything at all. I had to disable the motion detection and enable it again, which fixed the issue.

On a whim, I decided to test all my cameras in the house and none of the motion sensors were working. I had to disable/enable motion detection on all of them.

If any one has concerns about their motion pick up, i suggest you test the cameras every now and then.
