A new joiner so please excuse me , just wanted to know to how do you join the Power User program in order to become a tester?

Hey @aishaque and welcome to the community! In times past, the “Power User” link at the top directed you to a form you could fill out so they would know your interest and could put your name in a drawing to possibly test products. Unfortunately, it looks like they have removed that from their website, but have not removed the link in the community.
Hopefully they will offer some other chances in the future, but as of right now I don’t know what to tell you other than follow them on all social media platforms and keep checking in here at the community to see if they post anything related to testing, surveys, or contests.
