Problems with the Fit of the Soundbuds Sport NB10?

I bought the Soundbuds Sport NB10 a few weeks ago and have been having trouble getting them to stay in my ears. I found the best size tips, but when I exercise (elliptical machine mostly) the seal breaks just enough to kill the bass and let in gym noise.

Is there some secret to how they go in or how they are oriented? I’m ready to send them back at this point.

Not to be disrespectful, but you have to clean the
SoundBuds tips and your ears with alcohol and let dry. I have very waxy ears and it’s a must with me. I too have the SoundBuds and they stay in very well during my 6,8, 10 miles runs. Try the cleaning tip and let me know.

Thanks for the tip and I have tried cleaning the tips and my ears both. It’s crazy because when they seal, they sound awesome, but without the seal, the bass just evaporates.

Try loosening the back head strap a bit

Unfortunately, they did not work for me and I had to return them. They stayed the whole time in my ear but as soon as I laid down on the bench they fell out. I tried loosening the band but still fell out.

Yeah, mine are going back, too. I tried everything and while they stay in my ear, they don’t maintain the seal and the sound is lousy. Plus the volume control is way to coarse, either being way too loud or way too quiet. And the Bluetooth cut out some, too. I tried a lot of things and wanted to like these, but they just don’t work for me.

Dang guys, I run a ton of miles in mine and don’t have those issues at all. I do have custom audio software to boost the sound. Sorry to hear that

I think it’s just not a match for my ear anatomy or whatever. I really like the sound when they are sealed in my ear and can live with the other stuff. I wish they had a standard earbud tip.

Everybody’s ear canals are different…

Haven’t tried these yet, are they worth getting?

i lift top of ear with opposite arm (left arm pull on top of right ear, etc) when putting them in and gently press into ear canal. Have you tried that? They usually stay in pretty good

I point the holes in the ear tips up at an angle, seems to work good, then when you tighten the strap it’s pulling against the ear tip. I struggled at first but try different angles on the ear tips. They stay in now for miles of running.

have you tried reaching over your head and pulling up on opposite ear when inserting bud into that ear
